Jogging
I went jogging today.
12:45 - 1:05 (20 minutes)
5 minute walking warm up
3 minutes Jogging/2 Minutes Walking
3 minutes Jogging/2 minutes Walking
5 minutes walking cool down
(I know it may not seem like much, but its great for me! So I thought I'd share!)

Thanks anonymous! Yeah.. keeping at it would be a good idea, except today I didn't. Oops. Though I may try to make myself go run our stairs for the same amount of time to make up for it (its getting dark quickly outside, so jogging is out now)...
